To complement our team in Zurich, we are looking for a (Junior) Application Support Specialist with immediate effect to support our clients and individual applications in the area of Corporate Finance & Compliance.

Your area of responsibility

  • Processing of support requests in support systems, chat, e-mail or on the phone
  • Independent analysis, assistance and problem solving for 2nd level support requests
  • Recording, forwarding and tracking of 3rd- and 4th level support requests
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Preparation of the monthly reporting for the support department
  • Close cooperation with Service Management and our development team
  • Maintenance and improvement of the documentation, especially our knowledge base

Your profile

  • You enjoy working with people from different geographical and business backgrounds
  • A friendly and confident manner is as much a part of your job as fluency in English and German. Russian is a plus, but not a must
  • You are familiar with business administration and/or have already worked with individual IT applications
  • You do not only want to solve customer problems, but also want to play an active role in improving our service
