1stQuad Solutions AG founds a subsidiary in Brno, Czech Republic. It starts operations with 4 employees on 01.01.2023.
The company was founded primarily to support the “individual Software-as-a-Service” (iSaaS) business model. This growing offering includes development, operation, maintenance and enhancement of individual software on a subscription basis.
“For more than 10 years, we have relied on nearshoring, mainly through partners. In that time, we have expanded our offering with new services, requiring more resources as well as more security and control. In addition, we believe that the 1stQuad business model can be applied to other countries. We will continue to work with our nearshoring partners. However, thanks to this expansion, we can offer a full-fledged iSaaS with our own resources.”

The reinforcement in the European Union brings 1stQuad more reach and room to maneuver. Thus, the group will be able to offer services throughout the DACH region and at competitive prices in the future.

In January, four employees will start work in the Czech company: two in the development department and two in the support department. 1stQuad plans to further strengthen its presence in the Czech Republic and other EU countries.
